Searches for neutrino magnetic moments/transitions in low energy scattering experiments are sensitive to effective couplings, which an intricate function of the Hamiltonian parameters. We study parameter space dependence these couplings Majorana (transitions) and Dirac (moments) cases, as well impact current most stringent experimental upper limits on fundamental In case we find that reactor, short-baseline, solar neutrinos, $CP$ violation can be understood a measurement vectors misalignments.
